I like the way the tail is shown here to provide support. Nice picture. Many years ago, while I was doing Ruffed Grouse drumming counts in the spring, I heard a terrible racket, like someone pounding a wooden spoon on a tin shed. I could not investigate because there were several stations left requiring my counts. When I was done I tracked done the culprit. It was one of these birds and it was banging on oil tins which had been flattened to patch the walls of a shed. I wondered if he was doing this just for fun or, perhaps, to dislodge bugs seeking shelter under the tin.

Great shot! Are we looking at a covered multi- feeder which includes a flat deck for seed and a suet ball in the center?

Just noticed your comments, Thanks, This is a large covered feeder with a top section, covered flat deck multi level roof, it is looking quite worn but works well at attracting many varieties of birds. The suet was a large tube shaped form but they like peanut butter with seeds mixed together just as well.
